RDE provides image consulting, etiquette training, enterprise customization, and related extended services. Specific service content, delivery format, and timelines shall be governed by the confirmed service plan in each case.

2. Client Obligations

Clients shall provide true, accurate, and complete information and participate in the service process as agreed. Without authorization, consultation outcomes, proposals, or materials may not be used for misleading promotion, infringement, or other improper purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, the copyright and related rights to diagnostic reports, styling strategies, training materials, and supporting content produced in the course of service remain with RDE or the relevant rights holder. Clients may only use such content within the agreed scope.

4. Fee Description

For fee-related matters, please contact us directly. The final fee, execution scope, and delivery format shall be governed by the confirmed agreement between both parties.

5. Disclaimer

Image consulting and etiquette training are advisory and coaching services. We will provide recommendations based on professional judgment, but do not guarantee any absolute outcome in a specific context.

6. Service Termination

If a client engages in malicious communication, refuses reasonable cooperation, improperly uses service deliverables, or otherwise disrupts normal service execution, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the service.

7. Term Modifications

We may update these terms in response to business adjustments, legal or regulatory changes, or operational needs. Updated terms will be published on the website or communicated through reasonable notice.

8. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises out of these Terms or the performance of the service, both parties shall first seek resolution through friendly consultation. If no resolution can be reached, either party may bring legal action before a competent court.
